What if the AI gets a field wrong?
Every field is editable in the review step. Nothing is locked. Our AI is calibrated to leave fields blank rather than guess.
How long does my listing stay live?
30 days at a time. Renewing is free, takes one click and can be repeated as often as you like. The 30-day cycle keeps the inventory fresh, so buyers only see homes that are really available.
Do I pay commission when it sells?
No. You pay the flat listing fee once. We don't take commission on the sale.
Can I edit the listing after it's live?
Yes. Edit photos, price, description, or any field at any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I don't sell?
Renew for free every 30 days for as long as you need. Changes while it is live, such as new photos or a price cut, do not cost extra.
How do buyers contact me?

Which countries can I list in?
Czechia, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Spain, France, Italy and Portugal. The listing is translated into all 12 languages either way.
