The Seeki Score is a rating from 0 to 100, shown as a grade from A+ to F, that summarises how strong a home's location is and how complete its listing is. It lets you compare properties at a glance.

It combines ten location signals (transit, walkability, amenities, family-friendliness, air quality, green space, noise, flood risk, economic health and culture) with the completeness and quality of the listing itself.

A higher score means a stronger location and a more complete listing. Treat it as a starting point for comparison, not a replacement for viewing the home and doing your own checks.

Upload a few photos and Seeki.eu's AI drafts the full listing (title, description and up to 21 details), then translates it into 12 languages. You review, edit anything you like, and publish.

A flat €0.99 per listing, paid once. There's no subscription, and no commission when your property sells.

Sign-in is passwordless. Enter your email address or phone number and we send a one-time code. There's no password to create or remember.
