No. Seeki.eu is a search platform, not a broker. We bring listings together in one place and connect you directly with the seller or agent. We don't represent either side of the deal and we don't take a commission.

Two things: coverage and comparison. Instead of learning a different local portal for every country, you get one place that covers 12 of them, translated into 12 languages and priced in your own currency. And you can compare across borders for real: pan the map over a frontier and see homes on both sides, rank cities against your budget, or put two properties side by side.

You can describe what you want in plain language, for example 'two-bedroom flat in Prague under €300k near a park'. Seeki.eu turns that into structured filters, maps the matching homes, and lets you refine from there. The same search also works inside ChatGPT, where Seeki.eu runs as an app.

We refresh listings continuously and show a freshness indicator on each one, so you can see how recently a home was updated. When a listing disappears from its source, we take it down.

It is two separate signals, not one number. The location score runs from 0 to 100 and says how strong the home's surroundings are. The listing grade runs from A+ to F and says how complete and consistent the listing itself is. A home can sit in a great neighbourhood with a thin listing, or the other way round, so we never merge the two.

The location score is a weighted blend of signals about the neighbourhood: transit, walkability, amenities, family-friendliness, culture, air quality, noise, flood risk and economic health. The listing grade is worked out from the listing itself: how many of the details are filled in, how good the description is, and how many usable photos there are.

A higher location score means a stronger neighbourhood. A higher grade means a more complete and more consistent listing, which is about how well the property is described, not about how trustworthy the seller is. Treat both as a starting point for comparison, never as a replacement for viewing the home and doing your own checks.

Upload a few photos and Seeki.eu's AI drafts the full listing: the title, the description and the details it can read from your photos. It then translates everything into 12 languages. You review, edit anything you like, and publish.

Right now it's just €9 per listing, a limited-time launch price (regularly €29), paid once. No subscription, and no commission when your property sells.

30 days at a time. Renewing is free, takes one click and can be repeated as often as you like. Updating photos, price or any other detail while the listing is live costs nothing extra. Agency listings run on 60-day cycles and republish free the same way.

Yes. Published Seeki.eu listings are discoverable inside ChatGPT when someone searches for property that matches your home.

Yes. The property value estimator gives you a ballpark figure based on comparable local listings before you decide to sell.

Yes. The Seeki.eu seller app lets you create a listing from your phone, including photo, video and 360° capture, with the AI writing the rest.

Yes. Agencies subscribe to a flat monthly plan that includes unlimited listings and AI listing tools. You pay the same whether you list ten properties or ten thousand.

Yes. Seeki.eu supports common portal feed formats such as OpenImmo, plus a REST import API, so your listings can sync to Seeki.eu automatically.

Sign-in is passwordless. Enter your email address or phone number and we send a one-time code. There's no password to create or remember.

Yes. Seeki.eu is EU-based and stores data in the EU. You have full GDPR rights, including access, correction, portability and deletion.

Yes. You can permanently delete your account and the data associated with it at any time from your profile.
