Villach-Land District is an administrative district of Austria, situated in the southern region of Carinthia. It shares borders with several neighbouring districts, including Spittal an der Drau District, Hermagor District, Feldkirchen District, Klagenfurt-Land District, and the city of Villach, as well as the regional decentralization entity of Udine in Italy.
Property prices in Villach-Land District are generally higher than the Austrian average. Most of the housing stock in the district is concentrated in Velden am Wörther See, which is also the most expensive town in the region. Finkenstein am Faaker See holds the next largest portion of the housing market, with prices sitting close to the regional average. In contrast, towns like Arnoldstein and Paternion offer much cheaper housing, with prices falling far behind those of Velden am Wörther See.
