Baix Ebre is a comarca of Catalonia, situated in the province of Tarragona in northeastern Spain. The region is defined by its diverse Mediterranean landscape, which rises from the coastline to an elevation of 1442 metres. It shares land borders with the neighbouring comarques of Baix Camp, Ribera d'Ebre, Terra Alta, and Montsià.
Property in Baix Ebre is generally very cheap compared to the Spanish average. Most of the region's housing is concentrated in Tortosa, where prices are significantly lower than the regional average. In contrast, coastal towns like L'Ametlla de Mar and L'Ampolla hold much smaller shares of the housing stock but are by far the most expensive places to buy. Deltebre offers a mid-priced alternative, holding more housing than the smaller, inland, and more affordable municipalities like Roquetes.
