The historic Casc antic and the district of Juroca are the most expensive areas to buy a home, with prices in Casc antic rising well above the city average. By contrast, more affordable housing is concentrated in districts like Muralla, carrilet, and especially Mas Abelló, where property prices are among the lowest in the city.
