Segrià is a comarca of Catalonia, situated within the Province of Lleida in northeastern Spain. This inland region shares its borders with the neighbouring Catalan comarques of Noguera, Pla d'Urgell, Garrigues, and Ribera d'Ebre.
The vast majority of the housing stock in Segrià is concentrated in the city of Lleida, which holds far more homes than the rest of the region combined. Beyond this central hub, smaller towns like Alcarràs, Alpicat, and Alcoletge contain only minor shares of the local market. Real estate throughout the comarca is highly affordable, with average prices sitting at about a third of the national average for Spain. Within the region itself, Alpicat stands out as the most expensive municipality, where properties cost nearly double the regional average, while Almacelles and Alfarràs offer much cheaper alternatives.
