Northwest Coast is a coastal region in the province of Cádiz, which sits within the autonomous community of Andalusia in southwestern Spain. Officially classified as a comarca of Andalusia, the territory spans the Atlantic coastline and the mouth of the Guadalquivir River.
The housing market is concentrated in three main coastal towns, while inland areas offer very little of the region's accommodation. Sanlúcar de Barrameda holds the largest portion of the housing stock, followed by Chipiona and the naval base town of Rota. Rota stands as the most expensive place to buy property in the region, with Chipiona close behind, while Sanlúcar de Barrameda is slightly more affordable. In contrast, the inland town of Trebujena has barely any homes on the market and is by far the cheapest place to buy. Overall, property across the Northwest Coast is relatively inexpensive compared to the Spanish national average.
