The Ústí nad Labem Region is an administrative region located in the north-west of Czechia. It shares an international border with the German state of Saxony, and borders the Czech regions of Karlovy Vary Region, Plzeň Region, Central Bohemian Region, and Liberec Region.
Property in the Ústí nad Labem Region is generally cheap compared to the rest of Czechia. The regional capital of Ústí nad Labem holds the largest share of the housing stock, closely followed by Teplice, which is the most expensive of the major towns. Chomutov and Most also contain significant portions of the region's housing, though Most is considerably cheaper. Litvínov and Bílina offer much smaller housing markets, with Bílina standing out as one of the least expensive places to buy property in the entire region.
