Dahme-Spreewald District is a rural district in the Brandenburg region of Germany. Situated at an elevation of 46 metres, it shares its northern border with Berlin and is also bordered by the Teltow-Fläming District, Spree-Neiße District, Oder-Spree District, Elbe-Elster District, and Oberspreewald-Lausitz District.
The housing market across Dahme-Spreewald District is slightly cheaper than the average for Germany. Most of the housing stock is concentrated in Schönefeld, Königs Wusterhausen, and Wildau. Prices vary significantly between these main towns, with Königs Wusterhausen being considerably more expensive than Wildau. The highest property prices in the district are found in Eichwalde, where homes cost twice as much as they do in the cheaper southern towns like Luckau and Bersteland.
