The District of Senec is an administrative district of Slovakia, located in the western part of the country within the Region of Bratislava. It covers a flat terrain of 360 square kilometres, bordering several other Slovak districts including Pezinok District and Dunajská Streda District, as well as sharing an international border with the Mosonmagyaróvár District of Hungary.
Property in the District of Senec is generally dearer than the Slovak average. The town of Senec itself holds far more of the housing stock than any other municipality in the district, offering relatively affordable prices compared to the regional average. The remaining homes are spread across smaller commuter settlements closer to the capital, such as Dunajská Lužná and Miloslavov. Prices vary noticeably between these villages, with Chorvátsky Grob standing out as the most expensive location for buyers, while Most pri Bratislave remains one of the more affordable options.
