Wrocław County is a powiat in southwestern Poland, situated within the Lower Silesian Voivodeship. This administrative region completely surrounds, but does not include, the city of Wrocław itself. The terrain is predominantly flat, low-lying land, bordering several neighbouring counties including Trzebnica County to the north and Strzelin County to the south.
Property in Wrocław County is generally dearer than the Polish average. The housing stock is distributed relatively evenly across several municipalities rather than concentrating in a single centre. Gmina Długołęka holds the largest share of local housing, followed closely by Gmina Siechnice and Gmina Czernica. While prices in these three areas remain close to the county average, Gmina Kobierzyce stands out as the most expensive municipality by a wide margin. In contrast, Gmina Mietków holds only a tiny fraction of the county's housing and is the cheapest place to buy.
