Haute-Saône is a department of France located in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region. The terrain rises to its highest point at the Ballon de Servance, and the department shares borders with Côte-d’Or, Haute-Marne, Vosges, Territoire de Belfort, Doubs, and Jura.
Property in Haute-Saône is cheap compared to the rest of France. The housing stock is spread thinly across many small settlements, with Vesoul holding the largest share, closely followed by Luxeuil-les-Bains and Gray. Prices vary significantly between these centres.
