Tulln District is an administrative district of Austria, located within the state of Lower Austria. This region shares its borders with the city of Vienna, as well as the districts of Korneuburg District, Hollabrunn District, Krems District, and St. Pölten District.
The housing market in Tulln District is generally expensive compared to the Austrian average. Klosterneuburg holds far more of the region's housing stock than anywhere else, and it is by far the most expensive town in the district. Tulln an der Donau holds the next largest share of housing, with prices sitting well below the regional average. Further down in housing volume are smaller localities like Judenau-Baumgarten and Grafenwörth, where property is significantly cheaper than in the dominant hub of Klosterneuburg.
