Neunkirchen District is an administrative district of Austria, situated in the southern part of the Lower Austria region. The district covers over one thousand square kilometres of terrain, sharing borders with several neighbouring districts including Wiener Neustadt, Lilienfeld, and Bruck-Mürzzuschlag.
Real estate in Neunkirchen District is generally cheap compared to the Austrian average. The bulk of the housing stock is concentrated in the towns of Neunkirchen and Ternitz, which both sit at the average price level for the district. For more expensive properties, buyers look to Grafenbach-Sankt Valentin, where prices are notably higher than the regional average. Conversely, the market becomes significantly more affordable in Gloggnitz, while Schwarzau am Steinfeld offers some of the lowest prices in the entire district.
