Loulé holds the largest share of the region's housing stock and stands out as the most expensive municipality, with prices well above the regional average. Lagos also carries a substantial portion of the market at a premium price. In contrast, Portimão and Albufeira offer major concentrations of housing at much lower costs, while the district capital, Faro, sits closer to the regional average.
