The Province of Verona is an administrative province of Italy, situated in the western part of the Veneto region. It covers over three thousand square kilometres and shares land borders with Trentino, the Province of Vicenza, the Province of Padua, the Province of Rovigo, the Province of Mantua, and the Province of Brescia.
Property in the Province of Verona is generally expensive compared to the Italian average. The city of Verona itself holds far more of the housing stock than any other municipality, with prices sitting close to the regional average. The most expensive homes are concentrated in the lakeside resort towns of Bardolino, Torri del Benaco, and Lazise, where properties cost around double the regional average. Peschiera del Garda also commands high prices, while inland towns like Negrar di Valpolicella, Bussolengo, and Villafranca di Verona offer much cheaper housing options.
