Migjorn is a southern region of Mallorca in the Balearic Islands of Spain. It sits on the Mediterranean Sea, sharing land borders with the regions of Palma, Pla de Mallorca, and Llevant. Administratively, it is classed as one of the counties of the Balearic Islands.
Property in Migjorn is expensive, with average sale prices sitting at more than three times the national average for Spain. Most of the housing stock is concentrated in Llucmajor and Felanitx, which are also among the more affordable areas in the region. Campos and the coastal resort of Colònia de Sant Jordi are cheaper still. By contrast, the most expensive homes are found in Santanyí and Ses Salines, where property costs far more than the regional average.
