Llevant is a coastal comarca on the eastern side of Mallorca, in the Balearic Islands of Spain. Bordering the regions of Migjorn and Pla de Mallorca, its territory is defined by its Mediterranean Sea coastline. Administratively, Llevant is classed as one of the counties of the Balearic Islands.
The housing market in Llevant is expensive, with property prices sitting at more than double the national average for Spain. Most of the region's housing is concentrated in Manacor and Capdepera, which together hold the majority of the local market. Manacor is the most affordable of the major towns, with prices well below the regional average, while Capdepera sits close to the norm. For more expensive properties, buyers look to Artà and Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, where homes are significantly dearer than in the rest of the county. Son Servera sits in the middle of the market, offering more typical regional pricing.
