Comarca de València is a coastal region located in the east of Spain, within the province of Valencia and the wider Valencian Community. Administratively classified as a comarque of the Valencian Community, this territory sits on the Mediterranean coast and shares its land borders with the neighbouring regions of Camp de Túria, Horta Oest, Horta Nord, Horta Sud, and Ribera Baixa.
The region is coterminous with its single municipality and district, València. Because the entire comarca consists of this single administrative territory, there are no competing towns or distinct rural municipalities to compare against one another, meaning the housing stock and residential areas are concentrated entirely within València itself.
