Osona is an inland comarca of Catalonia, situated in the Barcelona Province of northeastern Spain. This administrative region covers an area of over one thousand square kilometres, sharing its borders with neighbouring comarcas including Ripollès, Garrotxa, Selva, Vallès Oriental, Moianès, Lluçanès, and Berguedà.
Property buyers in Osona will find that homes here are generally cheap compared to the Spanish average. The local housing stock is heavily concentrated in Vic, which holds far more of the region's homes than anywhere else. Manlleu and Torelló also contain notable portions of the market, with Manlleu offering significantly lower prices than the regional average.
