Anoia is an inland comarca of Catalonia, situated within the Barcelona Province of Spain. This landlocked region covers a hilly terrain of 869 square kilometres, sharing borders with neighbouring comarcas including Solsonès, Bages, Baix Llobregat, Alt Penedès, Alt Camp, Conca de Barberà, and Segarra.
Property in Anoia is generally inexpensive, costing about half of the Spanish national average. Most of the housing stock is concentrated in Igualada, which serves as the main urban centre. Piera holds the next largest share of homes and is one of the pricier towns in the region, alongside La Torre de Claramunt and Masquefa. In contrast, Vilanova del Camí, Santa Margarida de Montbui, and Calaf offer much more affordable housing options, with prices in Santa Margarida de Montbui sitting well below the regional average.
