The Granadin Coast is a coastal comarca of Spain, situated within the Province of Granada in the wider Andalusia region. This territory stretches along the Mediterranean shoreline, defined by the rugged terrain where the mountains meet the sea.
Most of the housing stock on the Granadin Coast is concentrated in three main towns, with Almuñécar holding the largest share, followed closely by Motril and Salobreña. Property prices vary significantly between these municipalities, though overall the region is cheaper than the Spanish national average. Almuñécar is by far the most expensive of the major towns, with prices sitting well above the regional average. Salobreña is also relatively dear, while Motril offers much more affordable housing. Further down the scale, smaller municipalities like Gualchos and Albuñol hold only a tiny fraction of the market and are considerably cheaper still.
