Córdoba is an inland province of Spain, situated in the northern part of the Andalusia region. It shares borders with several other provinces, including Seville Province, Málaga Province, and Badajoz. The territory is home to the Universidad De Córdoba, which includes the Facultad de Filosofía Y Letras and the Facultad de Medicina.
The province is a cheap part of Spain to buy property, with average prices sitting well below the national average. Most of the region's housing stock is concentrated in the city of Córdoba itself, which is also the most expensive place to buy a home in the province. Smaller towns hold far less of the market. Lucena and Rute are much smaller housing markets, where property is significantly cheaper than in the provincial capital.
