Campo de Gibraltar is a comarca of Andalusia, situated in the southernmost part of the Cádiz province in Spain. This coastal region sits at the meeting point of the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea, directly bordering the territory of Gibraltar and the Spanish comarca of La Janda.
The housing market in Campo de Gibraltar is slightly more expensive than the Spanish average, though prices vary dramatically between its towns. Algeciras holds far more of the housing stock than anywhere else, followed by La Línea de la Concepción, with both of these coastal cities offering relatively affordable homes. San Roque and Tarifa contain smaller shares of the region's properties but are much more expensive, with San Roque commanding prices that are over twice the regional average. The inland and smaller municipalities, such as Los Barrios and Castellar de la Frontera, account for only a tiny fraction of the market and remain among the cheapest places to buy in the region.
