Almeria is a province of Spain located in the southeast of the Andalusia region. It sits along the Mediterranean Sea, sharing land borders with the Province of Granada and the Murcia Province. The terrain rises from the coastline up to its highest point at Chullo.
The housing market in Almeria is cheap compared to the rest of Spain. Most of the province's housing is concentrated in three coastal municipalities, with Almeria city, Roquetas de Mar, and El Ejido holding the largest shares. While property prices in these three main hubs remain close to the provincial average, the cost of housing varies across the region. The most expensive homes are found further north along the coast in Pulpí and Vera, whereas inland and working towns like Vícar and Adra offer much cheaper options.
