The Zlín Region is an administrative region located in the eastern part of Czechia, sharing an international border with the Slovak regions of Trenčín and Žilina. The regional terrain rises to its highest point at the peak of Čertův mlýn.
The regional capital, Zlín, holds far more of the housing stock than any other municipality in the region. Property prices across the Zlín Region are generally cheap compared to the national average, though values vary between individual towns. The most expensive homes are concentrated in Uherské Hradiště, Zlín, and Rožnov pod Radhoštěm, which all command prices well above the regional average. In contrast, the industrial and working towns of Vsetín and Otrokovice offer much more affordable housing, with prices sitting significantly below the average for the region. Kroměříž represents a mid-priced alternative, holding a smaller portion of the market than the capital while maintaining prices close to the regional norm.
