Legionowo County is an administrative district, or powiat, situated in the Masovian Voivodeship of east-central Poland. It lies directly north of Warsaw, sharing its southern border with the capital city. The county also borders several other districts, including Wołomin County, Warsaw West County, Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki County, Pułtusk County, and Wyszków County.
The local housing market is slightly more expensive than the Polish national average. Gmina Serock holds the largest share of the housing stock, followed closely by the town of Legionowo itself. These two areas are the most affordable parts of the county, with prices sitting below the regional average. In contrast, the smaller markets of Gmina Wieliszew, Gmina Jabłonna, and Gmina Nieporęt contain far fewer homes but are the most expensive places to buy property in the district, with Gmina Nieporęt commanding the highest prices of all.
