Gdańsk County is an administrative district, or powiat, situated in northern Poland within the Pomeranian Voivodeship. It shares its northern border with the city of Gdańsk, extending southwards across a varied landscape that borders several neighbouring counties, including Kartuzy County and Tczew County.
The housing market in Gdańsk County is slightly more expensive than the Polish national average, with property concentrated in a few key areas. Gmina Pruszcz Gdański holds the largest share of the housing stock, followed by the town of Pruszcz Gdański and Gmina Kolbudy. While the town of Pruszcz Gdański offers some of the most affordable properties in the county, prices rise significantly in other areas. The small settlement of Kolbudy is the most expensive place to buy, with prices far exceeding those in the rest of the region, while Gmina Cedry Wielkie also commands a substantial premium compared to the county average.
