Santa Coloma de Gramenet is a city in northeastern Spain, located within the Barcelonès region of the Barcelona Province in Catalonia. Situated at an elevation of 56 metres, the municipality sits along the Besòs river. It functions as a major urban centre within the immediate metropolitan area of Barcelona, sharing close ties with the regional capital.

Housing is concentrated heavily in the district of Fondo, which holds far more of the city's homes than any other neighbourhood. The Centre and Singuerlín are the most expensive districts to buy property, with prices in the Centre rising well above the city average. By contrast, the districts of Santa Rosa and Raval offer much more affordable options, with Raval standing as the cheapest neighbourhood in the city.
