Vahrenwald is the most expensive district for buyers, with prices sitting well above the city average, followed closely by Nordstadt and Bothfeld. In contrast, the central district of Mitte and the western locality of Limmer are much more affordable, with prices in Limmer falling to a small fraction of those found in the costlier northern suburbs.
