The town of Saarlouis holds the largest portion of the local housing stock, followed closely by Lebach, with Saarwellingen and Dillingen also containing substantial shares. The most expensive homes are concentrated in Überherrn and the town of Saarlouis itself, where prices sit well above the regional average. In contrast, the market in Lebach is considerably more affordable, while Schmelz offers some of the cheapest housing in the district.
