Schleswig-Flensburg District is a rural administrative district in the northernmost part of Germany, within the state of Schleswig-Holstein. It shares a land border with Dithmarschen, Rendsburg-Eckernförde, Nordfriesland district, and the urban district of Flensburg.
The housing market across the district is slightly cheaper than the German average, though prices vary significantly between individual municipalities. Kappeln holds the largest share of the housing stock and is one of the more expensive locations in the region. Schleswig and Glücksburg also contain notable concentrations of homes, with both towns commanding prices well above the regional average. In contrast, Stapel holds a similar amount of housing to Glücksburg but stands out as a exceptionally cheap alternative, where properties cost a small fraction of what they do in the pricier towns. Harrislee offers a more moderately priced option, with home values falling just below the district average.
