INVITES to an offer procedure for the sale of a property located in the town of Kluczbork at 122 Byczyńska Street

The subject of the auction is the transfer of: · Ownership right of a self-contained residential unit with a usable area of 72.94 m², located on the attic of a residential building with a part of the former GPZ, consisting of three rooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a hallway, and a related room (basement no. 2) with a usable area of 19.35 m²; · 175/1000 share in the common part of the building and in the right of perpetual usufruct of the plot of land registered under number 67/13, k.m.15 with an area of 0.1052 ha, parcel 0027 Kluczbork.

The starting price for the sale of the property is 142,261.32 PLN net (excluding VAT). The deposit is 10% of the net starting price, i.e. 14,226.13 PLN
