ASSOCIATION OF OWNERS:
The apartment complex is divided by means of a "deed of division" by the notary into a number of so-called "apartment rights". As a buyer of an apartment, you are the owner of such an apartment right and are therefore a co-owner of the entire building. To safeguard the common interests of the different owners, the Association of Owners (VVE) is established. Every owner of an apartment right is obliged to be a member of this association.
