The heat pump also provides hot tap water via an integrated boiler. For fresh air, there is a balanced ventilation system that limits heat loss and contributes to a healthy indoor climate. In addition, the homes are equipped with PV panels, tailored to the type of home and sun orientation. The generated electricity can be used for the home installations and, depending on consumption, fed back into the grid.
