The apartment complex is located in the Prinsejagt neighbourhood, a green area in the Woensel district. The Pieter Eiffhuis also has a park-like communal garden surrounding it with a large pond.

The Pieter Eiffhuis is intended for residents aged 55 and over, but people aged 40 and over can also move in. The complex has a lot to offer. There is a library, a meeting room with a large terrace overlooking the pond, a bar, billiards, boules courts, shared bicycle storage, meal service, and various shops such as a hairdresser, manicure/pedicure, beautician, a swap shop and laundrette.

There is a caretaker, video and access control system, welfare rounds and personal alarms, mobility scooter charging point, guest rooms, and an adjacent health centre and pharmacy. On the ground floor is the meeting room where you can eat, drink, read, play billiards or pick up your meal. Activities are also regularly organised here.
