In the immediate vicinity, there is the Atrium shopping center, the Aupark shopping center, the main railway station, and the public transport terminal, which ensures excellent transport links within the city and beyond.

Parking is possible in the area around the house for a fee. It is possible to establish permanent residency in the apartment.

The apartment is suitable for a maximum of 4 people, ideally without pets. Move-in date is negotiable.

The owner requires a refundable deposit equal to one month's rent. The real estate agency fee is equal to one month's rent.

The rent is set at 18,000 CZK per month. Utilities deposits are:

1 person: 1,500 CZK/month, 2 people: 2,000 CZK/month, each additional person: +1,000 CZK/month.
