Deze luxe full service appartementen zijn gelegen op de 9e to 14e verdieping en zijn onderdeel van het Martinez complex waar onder andere Regus, Sky Fitness en Restaurant Loetje zijn gevestigd. De volledig turn-key appartementen hebben een periodieke schoonmaak en linnenservice. De huurder kan gebruikmaken van alle faciliteiten die het complex te bieden heeft, zoals sporten in de Sky Fitness (tegen vergoeding) of een drankje aan de rooftopbar. Parkeren is via per dag of in abonnementsvorm mogelijk in de parkeerkelder van het complex.

Het complex biedt een ontbijtrestaurant, waar dagelijks een continentaal ontbijt tegen betaling wordt geserveerd. In de bar kun je een drankje nuttigen, of je kunt een bezoek brengen aan restaurant Loetje Almere. Verder is er een zelfbedieningswinkel waar je 24 uur per dag eten en drinken kunt kopen. Indien u de groene omgeving van Almere wilt verkennen, kunt u bij de accommodatie terecht voor fietsverhuur.
